MENU FOR OPEN RETREATS

During an open retreat, all guests are required to assist in food preparation.  There will be staff assistance with the simple recipes for these meals.  Otter Creek Retreat staff will complete the grocery shopping for the meals listed below.  However, you are welcome to exempt yourself from this requirement  by bringing and preparing your own meals.  The kitchen will be available to those who will be preparing their own foods at 8-8:30 am, 12-12:30 pm, 5 -5:30 pm.  Refrigeration and freezer space will be provided.  If special food requirements are needed by any person, please advise Otter Creek Retreat staff when making reservations.  If there are any food allergies, you MUST provide this information when making your reservation.
